Atinuke is a public health professional with extensive years of driving healthcare and development sector improvements through research, quality management, and development initiatives. She has a background in biological sciences and completed her master’s degree (MSC) in Public Health from the University of Suffolk, England in 2022.
She worked with the National Agency for Food Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) Nigeria as a technical service officer. More recently, she worked with a think-tank as a public health research analyst, then as a program manager where she led the social security and health insurance policy program targeted at supporting Universal Health Coverage in Nigeria. She also conducted research on a range of public health issues in LMICs including epidemiological studies, Maternal and Child Health, health and biodiversity, health policy, and service delivery.
Outside of work, Atinuke enjoys watching football and movies, and considers herself an excellent chess player.
